Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
• 40% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 40% fee of the scheduled service cost.
• No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 40% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
